How to Register at Woo Casino
Creating an account with us takes about two minutes. This page covers who can sign up, the exact registration steps, how verification works and how to claim your welcome offer of up to 1,600 AUD plus 150 free spins.
Who Can Open an Account
You must be at least 18 years old to register with us. We accept players from Australia and most countries worldwide, with accounts available in AUD, BTC, USD, EUR, ETH or USDT. Each player may hold one account only, registered under their own name and details.
We do not accept players from the USA, UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Portugal, Denmark, Romania, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Syria, Iran or North Korea. If you open an account from a restricted jurisdiction, we will close it and void any balances.
Register in Six Steps
Sign-up runs from the Register button in the top corner of our site. The whole form fits on one screen and no documents are needed at this stage.
- Click Register and enter your email address and a password.
- Fill in your full name, date of birth and residential address as they appear on your ID.
- Choose your account currency: AUD, BTC, USD, EUR, ETH or USDT.
- Enter your mobile number and confirm it with the code we send you.
- Agree to our terms and conditions and confirm you are 18 or older.
- Submit the form, then confirm your email via the link we send to your inbox.
Verify Your Account
We verify every player before the first withdrawal. Standard KYC requires three documents: a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver licence or national ID), a proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of your payment method (a photo of the card or a screenshot of your e-wallet or crypto wallet address).
Upload your documents from the Verification tab in your profile. Checks typically complete within 24 hours, and we will email you the moment your account is fully verified. Have your documents ready before your first withdrawal to avoid delays.

Fix Common Sign Up Issues
If the confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your contacts, then request a new link from your profile. Duplicate accounts breach our terms: if you already have an account, contact support instead of registering again, and we will help you restore access to the original one.
Verification declines are almost always caused by mismatched names, cropped document edges or expired proofs of address. Resubmit with all four corners of the document visible and details matching your registration form. Our live chat is open 24/7 if you get stuck at any step.
