Weekly reloads, cashback and tournaments
Once your welcome package is done, the regular schedule takes over. Every week you can top up with a reload bonus worth up to 150 AUD, and the weekend brings free spins on nominated pokies. Both run on a repeating calendar, so there is always something active between Monday and Sunday.
- Weekly reload bonuses up to 150 AUD
- Weekend free spins on selected pokies
- Cashback up to 20% on losses
- Regular slot tournaments with prize pools
Cashback and tournaments
Cashback scales up to 20% and is calculated on your net losses over the qualifying period, credited as real money you can withdraw or play with. Our slot tournaments run continuously, with leaderboard prizes for the top scorers. Check the promotions tab in your account for the current entry list, start times and prize breakdowns, as each tournament sets its own qualifying pokies and point rules.
Our nine level VIP program
Play earns you comp points, and comp points move you through our nine VIP levels. Each level you clear raises your standing: cashback rates climb, exclusive bonuses open up, withdrawal limits go higher and the perks stack rather than replace each other.
- Nine levels, progressed with comp points
- Cashback that increases with your level
- Exclusive bonuses unavailable to standard accounts
- Higher daily withdrawal limits
- A personal VIP manager at the top tiers
How points accrue
You collect comp points on real money wagers, with points added automatically as you play. There is nothing to opt in to and no form to fill out. When you cross a level threshold, the new benefits apply from that moment. Your VIP manager contacts you directly once you reach the levels where a manager is assigned, and handles withdrawal prioritisation and tailored offers from there.
Claiming your bonus step by step
The welcome bonus takes about two minutes from start to finish. Follow the sequence below and check that the bonus appears in your balance before you start playing.
- Register your account at woo-casino-aud.com and confirm your email.
- Log in and open the cashier.
- Deposit at least 30 AUD using PayID, Neosurf, a card, an e-wallet or crypto.
- Enter the code WOO in the bonus field before confirming the deposit.
- Activate the 150 free spins in the promotions section of your account.
- Play through the 40x wagering within 7 days.
After the welcome offer
Reload bonuses, weekend spins and tournament entries claim differently: they appear in the promotions tab and activate with a single click, no code needed. Cashback is credited automatically, so no action from you is required. If any step above does not match what you see on screen, message our live chat, which runs 24 hours a day, or email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
How wagering works in practice
Wagering means betting the bonus amount a set number of times before the balance converts to withdrawable cash. Our requirement is 40x the bonus, with a 7 day window to clear it.
A worked example
Say you deposit 100 AUD with the code WOO. You receive a 100 AUD bonus, giving you 200 AUD to play with. Your wagering target is 40 x 100 AUD, so 4000 AUD in total bets within 7 days. Pokie bets count fully toward that total, while table games contribute less. Once the 4000 AUD is turned over, the remaining balance, winnings included, is yours to withdraw with no maximum cashout.
Free spins wagering
Free spin winnings work the same way but on a smaller base. Whatever your 150 spins return, the credited amount is capped at 160 AUD and carries the same 40x requirement. If your spins pay out 160 AUD, you wager 40 x 160 AUD, which is 6400 AUD in bets, again within the 7 day validity window. Uncleared balances are removed when the window closes, and only completed wagering converts to real money.
Bonus terms you should know
These are the restrictions that decide whether a bonus clears or voids. Read them once and you will not lose a promotion to a technicality.
- Minimum qualifying deposit is 30 AUD.
- Wagering is 40x the bonus, to be completed within 7 days of activation.
- Maximum bet while wagering is 7.50 AUD per spin or game round.
- Pokies contribute 100% to wagering; most table games contribute 10%; some games are excluded entirely, so check the bonus terms list in your account.
- Free spins winnings are capped at 160 AUD.
- Only one active bonus at a time; a new offer cannot start until the current one is cleared or forfeited.
- Bonus funds are forfeited when the balance is below the minimum bet.
- KYC verification (ID, proof of address and payment method) is required before your first withdrawal.
Withdrawal of bonus winnings
Once wagering is complete, withdrawals follow our standard limits: 30 AUD minimum, up to 6500 AUD per day, no fees. Crypto payouts usually arrive within 1 hour, e-wallets and cards take up to 24 hours internally, and bank transfers run 1 to 5 business days. Players from restricted countries, including the USA, UK, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Portugal, Denmark, Romania, Greece, the Baltics, Russia, Ukraine and Israel, cannot hold accounts or claim bonuses with us.
Promo codes for our bonuses
One code is currently in use: WOO, which unlocks the welcome package. Enter it in the bonus field of the cashier before you confirm your first deposit of 30 AUD or more. Type it exactly as shown, capital letters and no spaces, because the field is case sensitive.
Offers without codes
Everything after the welcome package runs code free. Weekly reloads, weekend free spins, cashback and tournament entries activate from the promotions tab with one click, and cashback credits automatically with no action from you. If we introduce codes for seasonal offers, they will be listed in that tab alongside the activation button, so you never need to hunt elsewhere. Keep this page bookmarked, as we update it whenever the schedule changes.
